Elizabeth Bruce

I do not see myself as a writer, having had very little education during the war years. But the month after my husband died in 1974, words began to fill my mind during the day and night and persisted until I wrote them down. Words of verse that taught me about my need for God, as I wasn't a Christian at the time. With a dictionary and Bible, my bereavement was spent making sense of what I was writing. These verses continued for many years and have since grown into fictional stories with a Christian theme, plus an autobiography and daily reading book, the proceeds of which have gone to help others. I am now in my 88th year and still writing.
